It also provides a simple, straight forward, concise text organized in a primarily case-oriented format. Unlike most other neuropathology texts, attention is given to skull fractures and scalp injuries. Where necessary, radiologic and microscopic images have also been included to facilitate learning along with a brief general anatomy of the brain and spinal cord. Thus pathologists who are not specialized in neuropathology can compare a variety of autopsy findings with cases illustrated in the text.
